Happy 2019! The clock struck midnight, we toasted as much as we possibly could, we poured over the amazing Taylor Fencing blog posts from 2018 and felt all the usual feelings that we do when a new year is upon us. For the regulars, it doesn’t do much good for us to continue to impress upon you how amazing 2018 was. We know, we know, you’ve already heard it. But that doesn’t stop us from beaming with pride about the way that the previous 365 went down. If you ARE newer to the Taylor Fencing blog, you’re in luck. This information should not only serve as a breath of fresh air, but also a continued reminder of the best ways to stay on the pulse of everything that’s going down in the fencing industry. Not only that – we strongly believe that Taylor Fencing, that the companies around us and that every industry that we touch, should be paramount to our success as an organization and as a very important piece of the puzzle. We consider ourselves the best of the best, when it comes to fencing and gates. It doesn’t matter what area of Australia you live in. Even if our best-of-the-best group of teammates isn’t able to answer the call immediately, you can depend on the Taylor Fencing blog as the place to go to find the answers that you need.
So, again – welcome! Welcome to our faithful usual’s, welcome to those who have stumbled upon our site, and welcome to those who know that the addition of a fence or gate of this caliber can provide more benefits that we know what to do with. All humble bragging aside, we do know that you have a multitude of options around the area and beyond, and that you’ve made a big investment by spinning the wheel, doing your research (more on this later) and ultimately realizing that Taylor Fencing brings the best of the best to the best of the best (you!)
It’s a new year and we’re thrilled to get you up to speed on what you can expect and the best ways to get ahead of 2019. We’re hopeful that at this point, you’ve cleaned up all of the holiday festivities. We’ve talked about it before and we know that you feel the same way. There is so much stress prior to the holidays – more than anyone ever realizes – and that’s unfortunate. As previously shared before the holiday season for our devoted visitors, we know that there are many silver linings when it comes to celebrating one of the most important parts of the year with those that means most. That doesn’t mean that they come without stress, and we get it. Families, food for every party, drinks for those who want them, and decorations beyond belief.
After that… unfortunately comes the clean-up. It doesn’t matter if it’s a priority for you to just get the dirt and grime out the door. It doesn’t matter if this is your time to unload everything that you don’t need to organizations and philanthropies that are important to you. It doesn’t matter if you see this as the best time to simply reorganize your daily lives and realize exactly what’s the most important for you and your loved ones. We’re hammering this point home, because the reason doesn’t matter. We’re proud of you for cleaning up after the holidays and starting anew.
Annnnd….breathe. Wipe away all of last year and get ready for the best 365 of all time. We’re sure, here at Taylor Fencing, that our team sure is. And we’re heavily endorsing that our customers find behaviours and listen to our support mechanisms that help them to do the same.
It starts with intention, right? And that’s why, though product and process are a huge part of our business, it’s really about people. It always has been. The only way that we’re ever successful is if we know that we’re about to go into an amazing year, and that our customers are going to feel the same way.
Taylor Fencing has an exciting year, no doubt about it. We talk about it all the time, because we are so thrilled and giddy like tiny children whenever we find new updates to the best ways to serve you. We will never stop trying. We got into this business for a couple of different reasons:
- We are the best in the best. We already mentioned humble brags, but we know that it only helps our customers when we share our worth and support it with the knowledge that we have.
- We bring the best to you. We strongly believe in the best communication methods possible and we know that the best indicator possible is how you want to be communicated to. That won’t change this year. In fact, we’ll make even bigger strides to discern the very best ways to get you the information you need.
- We won’t stop trying. Not that this should be a surprise to anyone, but if you’re a regular visitor, you know that we don’t do finish lines. Or mountain peaks. But we do do New Year’s resolutions. We have the ultimate faith in the week leading up to January 1 that it’s the best time to dive in to the best ways that we can change the next year for the better for our most important asset, you.
- We are ready to bring the best year to you. Materials, processes, teammates, offerings, timelines… it doesn’t matter. 2019 is always about YOU (our valued base of customers), just like every year should be. And we say the same thing every 365; it doesn’t matter what time of year it is, we will always commit to continue to be the best of the best when it comes to everything that you can see on our Website. We don’t see 2019 being any different.
